Legal support related to corporate law includes:

• Consultations related to the founding of the company, including the selection of an organizational-legal form adapted to the business ;
• Development of corporate management structure;
• Registration of any legal entity in the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial legal entities. including registration of a branch of a foreign enterprise;
• Preparation of founding/corporate documents (statutes, minutes and decisions of the meeting of partners);
• Development of a complete package of documents required for reorganization (transformation, merger, division, redomiciling ) and liquidation of legal entities, submission for registration;
• Conducting negotiations, deals related to business transactions and preparation of relevant contracts;
